in distant dawn no light for me i broke down the barriers looking for you in the sea with open eyes and open chest a reeling view of the sky and the planes beneath i saw you standing arms at your side two dimensional intersecting lines faded thoughts jeremiah sighs closer to the darkening tide and with the moon the tides beat slow the canaries the canals i saw you standing arms at your side two dimensional intersecting lines faded thoughts jeremiah sighs closer to the darkening tide in distant dawn no light for me i broke down the barriers looking for you in the sea with open eyes and open chest a reeling view fo the sky and the planes beneath

Black Sky 07:06
in a current of love room of heat shining jade at the door speak the words lord is mine lord is pure tween the pillars of light one will find some to mine streets of dawn none to hear none to find none too near lost fire blooms striking match in the gloom holy voice then thats all in the dark in the hall sold to the sea every last at the door and a hand guiding thee brings the name to the keep march to the sea to the wash to the gleam your march and your place wrapped in sun streets his lace caught by the fall in the sky in the wall

after all that time you saw them standing, standing in line know they're hard to watch and they wouldn't last a night now all their vines made them liars like an open book over and over they'll fall down, take a look after all they only won from speaking so softly, so softly you never told them grey hair is just the beginning sign you'll know you've lost it when you love them for the wine over and over you lose it just like an open book know that we're still here if you want, both eyes

open both your eyes im there im outside i can see you bathing i know theyll talk im in the centre of the universe but if you knew me id be there if you knew me id be in your house stripping paint from the walls and if you knew the little pieces maybe youd want to chain me in our house i sense a disturbance i do, i do if i knew you would that make a difference to me i notice i call out your name, no one answers its all the same i know

i travelled long and hard crossed oceans, crossed the sea for you i didn't want to notify authorities i knew they'd come down whatever it takes migrating to my homeland i pick them by their animals not humans but the little ones if only you knew just all the things i'd do to break free i travelled long and hard crossed oceans, crossed america i never stop too long i just keep flying spitting blood

had a scroll through a losing streak and then i saw you smile when the past just dissipates now what does that make me through the fog a distant light a home upon a hill time and time a forward thrust a movement lacking sound i never leave a sullen soul you turn them so slow i fear the fire light and thus a longing past everything is mixed to morn a glint of sun off glass so lately i dont feel so down leave me i dont feel so down say why i feel alright
9.
death taught me everything i know about the world and its pleasures first the weeping cry then the plan subsides and the moon reveals me waiting far fleeing to the other side to bask in the sight of the morning takes a knife to find and a life to blind but the pines are always watching travelling travelling travelling travelling down long gazes send me to my knees im weak but beneath lies a hunger no waking cry just emptiness inside then i knew it was gonna turn over

Weekends 02:47
tuesday june 18 she lost her man and everything she was entitled when he read his vows a burning crept into the house now alone with no one home you can do whatever you want with no one in the house at night you can have your fun in the sun had by one by the sea you criticize too deep fell asleep to the steady hum of lovers crying miles away her property's so large these days you'd think it lonely living day to-day by the fire pit fed her sorrow to the crows gray outside and worse within could use redecorations gone astray id pay if i could see why everybody chooses to live so far away from me its all my life i choose it so i live with the consequences
11.
its all mine shows to lift me off the floor when i had a knife i moved in silence from the door fuck the people who disagree they dont deserve anything why'd i have to pay so hard when i do things half for god so why do they wait what difference it matters aint clearer
12.
coffee cup 01:27
within a dream-state i followed the trains til we reached circus tents looming over our heads and the man inside take on another light stay over a night with a coffee cup and the mountains passed and crystals long i held out my hands to receive not went over the lines to a coffee shop
13.
Postwar 02:11
found the sparrow in a field convocation at its side meditations on my palms couldn't tell about the time but the silence brings me hope every time i find it weird theres a sound that leads me home to a house in a clear they are waiting for me there now i feel that maybe ive been wrong about you after all these years but the serpent wasn't misplaced it was just in the wrong time not your fault and i fear its still the same and i read it on the shore how your heart its tasting warm how your arms were always there i just ignored them in the end let us go down to the fair
14.
theres a reason i never told you how i feel that your eyes cant take much pressure without fear of exploding, convalescent distant fog oft hides my brain from the roots of repressive love is not something to lie about so reduce your mind enter the flood i notice everytime i see your name i feel closer to escaping the lord and the sound youve left just grows and grows an what you get is just a roar a constant sarcastic i feel so alone so let it be without asking and nearer to the sun i feel a close minded crushing of doubt in the earth but im not sure theres something about your change that makes me melt away but staying breathing doesnt make the absence any weaker it just makes it more apparent in the space between our skin and i i feel so sarcastic just rejoice in the sun nearly triassic and maybe i couldve been a mayor of the town before in a valley filled with close to sand and i sedentary jurassic slice the bonds ytrixin valladic for the long haul

about

Slight remix of my first album, "Death's Fingers Like Knives".

Recorded in my basement in 2015 almost exclusively using a Rock Band USB microphone, and without any prior knowledge of music production techniques and software, this album represents my first attempt at creating a proper album.
